I Need to Live Here

I love it. I can't believe it. I almost want to cry because I love it so much. I am trying to get money transfered from my Canadian bank account to my Australian one as quickly as possible so I can pay the first months rent and the bond (equal to a month's rent) ASAP and sign the lease. I can't stand the thought of not living there or him giving it to someone else. I saw 3 places yesterday, including that one, and that is the only one I could think about. I called the owner the same night later on and said that I will definitely take it. He said "yes and that it's on a first come, first serve basis" so man I better be first!
I will live with another Canadian my age, a girl I think, and older and who has his 7 year old daughter 3 days a week, and another guy who lives in the shed in the back, is like 23 and is a personal trainer. I'm liking this idea very much.
No joke the place has an amazing garden, a pool table, a spa in the back, gorgeous landscaping, and a lemon tree with real honest to god lemons! I'm freaking the hell out. It's really like a dream house. I am taking the smallest, cheapest room in the front, but the whole front wall is a window looking right to the front garden. Seriously, it's beautiful! :D oh my gooooodddnnessss!
The only problem is that I have to go to the bank, which I signed up for last week, and I can't remember where it is! hahah I know it's on this main street but I don't remember how far or which way so I'll have to wonder around a little bit.
Off I go. I have to write so many people message. But if I get the place, I move in Saturday and I will have internet included in my rent (which is $165 a week everything included, so not too shabby!).
Ok gotta find this bank!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
